If you have shareware-related problems with an ASP member, the Ombudsman can help you resolve them -- but cannot give you technical support or installation assistance. If a company does not mention their ASP membership in their product documentation or web site, you may search our database to determine whether they are an ASP member.

If the problem has not been resolved through normal means of contact with the author, please fill out the form below and submit it. It will be sent directly to the ASP Ombudsman, who will investigate the situation, and intervene if necessary. The Ombudsman will take appropriate steps to resolve the matter, contacting the author on your behalf, if the situation calls for it.
